What makes this automated soluton fast and easy is all you need to do is just insert your contents into the specail Certified Mail Envelope, address the envelope by using the free web based software and prints the cover page that slides inside the envelope. The address information includes USPS Certified bar codes and delivery tracking informaiton that shows through the special patented window envelope. Just add postage, and drop in the mail.
You get a database of electronic USPS mail tracking scans when your letter is automatically sorted at the Postal Service. The electronic scans print onto reports that serve as your proof-of-mailing. When your letter is dispatched for delivery, you get updated in-route delivery tracking containing date and Postal processing and delivery information. The final destination Post Office collects the signature of the person that signs for each letter and marks the letter 'delivered', this delivery information is kept in your secure Internet account that stores the information for seven (7) years. You can also download to Excel, or burn onto a CD.
The price for each Certified Mail Envelope with tracking and Electronic Return Receipt and costs $1.55. You save money because you no longer pay the $1.85 USPS Return Receipt Green Card fee.
