You can send Certified Mail fast and easy by using a special Certified Mail Envelope that comes with free software and the USPS tracking bar codes. Just insert your letter into the envelpe, apply postage and mail.

Just address your letter using the free online software. This will print the address cover page or 'insert' that prints to your local printer using plain white paper. Slide the address insert into the Certified Mail Envelope apply postage and mail.

Our software prints the address information with USPS Certified Mail article number and tracking bar codes that are activated electronically. Our software will calculates postage fees and will save you $0.30 cents postage on each Certified letter with Return Receipt Green Card you mail. Our system also prints a manifest of firm sheet that can serve as your receipt and proof of mailing. The Electronic USPS tracking and delivery scan information is automatically updated each business day for tracking, and reporting.

Two envelope sizes are available: Great for tax records, confidential medical records, stock certificates, legal papers, original documents even CD's. Choices of two envelope sizes are available.

• 9 x 12 Flat size can hold legal sized pages and up to 50 pages of paper
