Form 3800, 3811, 3877 and firm sheet manifest

These are forms used to send USPS Certified Mail available from the Post Office.

The PS-3877 Manifest or Firm Sheet is your receipt of record of mailing. The manifest or firm sheet is used when you are mailing three or more Certified Mail articles. The window clerk at the Post Office will round date stamp and sign the manifest and return the report to you so that you have a receipt to show the date you mailed each article.
