Just sign-on to our web site to address or import your mailing list. Our
Certified Mail software checks the delivery address using the latest USPS
CASS address correction information, we then prints your Certified Mail
tracking numbers address page on your local printer. The address page
slides into our special Certified Mail Envelope. The address page contains
the required USPS bar codes, tracking number, and Certified Mail
automation markings plus USPS paperwork including the mail manifest or
firm sheet. All you do is insert the address sheet into the Certified
Mail window envelope with your documents, apply postage and mail. Truly
an automated process for mailing 1 letter or 100,000. Letter shops and

Each of your Certified letters can be dropped into any USPS mail box or
given to your Postal letter carrier. Each of our Certified Mail Envelopes
contains in-route Electronic Tracking to provide acceptance verification and
proof your letter was accepted into the USPS postal mail stream. Confirm
and delivery tracking information is updated each day by the United
States Postal Service USPS and stored in your letter tracking account.

Did you
know: Signatures are available electronically?
The United States Postal Service collects a Delivery Signature for each
Certified letter you mail. If you need it you can get it. Choose to have
a copy of each Certified Mail Envelope signature returned to you by
paying USPS $0.85 for each letters signature at the time of mailing OR
buy only the Signatures you need after your mailing. USPS provides
Signature After Mailing service from your local Post Office, or call us for more information.
