Hello Mr. Naumoff,

We are a private company and not the United States Postal Service. Since 2003 our Certified Mail Envelopes and automation has been approved and used by USPS. We are not email. We send traditional USPS Postal Mail (Snail Mail) in the US. I am not sure what you mean by 15 sets of Certified Mail postage? USPS has more than 800,000 employees and they are not familiar with every solution or process. I would suggest using the supplies you have, then perhaps trying our Free Trial to see if our solution works for you or your company.

The Return Receipt Green Card costs $2.30, our USPS approved Certified Mail Envelopes costs $1.55. Our service includes use of our web software to generate USPS Certified Mail Bar Codes, Proof of Mailing Manifest, in-route letter tracking (updated daily) and the Electronic Return Reciept - ERR delivery confirmation to provide final proof of letter delivery authored by USPS.

How does the cost per envelope of $1.55 outweigh the cost of creating the green card and taking the envelope to the post office? Plus where is the real proof of delivery in the postal system?
