Fold Over Elastic is a flat soft nylon elastic that is seamed down the middle to make folding it over your raw edges easy. It is perfect for headbands as well as binding and finishing raw edges. It can be used for trimming necklines, armholes, sleeves, collars, and cuffs on woven or knit garments, diapers, diaper covers, and in place of bias tape.This 1/2 wide elastic when folded and applied, becomes a *shy* 1/4 wide trim.Matte Solid colors - $.89 per yard
This 1/2 fold over elastic is matte finish on BOTH sides. (unlike our 5/8 wide style which is shiny on one side/matte on the other).
