Allow the final coat of basecoat to dry to touch prior to applying C-800 ICON CLEAR. 2. Use a tack cloth to remove any surface contaminates that may have settled on the basecoat. 3. Apply C-800 ICON CLEAR. PREVIOUSLY FINISHED SURFACES: 1. Sand surface with P600 wet or dry, and then clean with R-S200 SURFACE CLEANER. REMEMBER TO STIR THIS PRODUCT BEFORE USE. MIXING RATIO 2:1 2 parts C-800 ICON CLEAR to 1 part A-S060, A-M070 or A-F080 ACTIVATOR. NOTE: Substrate temperature for application minimum 50 °F and maximum 100 °F APPLICATION INFORMATION Apply 2-3 full wet coats with 50% overlap. Pot Life 3-5 hours @ 70° F/21° C depending on temperature, humidity and activator selection. DRY/FLASH TIMES Dry Times at 70°F/21°C 1st Coat Flash Time: 10-15 minutes 2nd Coat Flash Time: 15-20 minutes Dust Free: 30-60 minutes depending on temperature / activator selection Polish / Deliver: 16-24 hours AIR DRY Dry Times: 16-24 hours at 70° F / 21° C Recoat: Repair and recoat after 10-14 hours FORCE DRY PurgeTime: 15 minutes Bake Time: 30 minutes at 140° F / 60° C Recoat: Repair and recoat after 1 hour cool down. POLISHING AIR DRY 16-24 hours FORCE DRY After 1 hour cool down CLEAN UP INSTRUCTIONS Clean all equipment immediately after use. At the same time, flush out all fluid lines and carefully clean pressure pots. Use clean solvent only.
