Each Matroskya set comes with four differently-sized pouches, each nested inside the other. Each pouch has two zippered compartments; a vertical in front and a horizontal in the rear. The pouches are easily mounted by slotting the top 2 cm rectangular buckle (a hanger) into any PALS webbing or a D-ring of the appropriate size to hold it in place. The largest two pouches have two hangers and the smallest two have only one each.
