Large SQUARE Frames for 9”, 10", 12” and 14" hoops For when you have a really BIG beautiful HOOP! DIMENSIONS: This listing (Square Frame) fits standard embroidery hoops with a screw tensioner. The frame will usually cover about an 1/8" of the fabric of your work. Typical sizes as follows: —For a 9” hoop: Hoops are typically 9.4” in diameter. The frame is 12” in diameter and has an interior opening of 9”. —For a 10" hoop: The most common hoops are typically 10 5/8" in diameter. The frame is 13" in diameter and has an interior opening of 10". The frame edge is 1.5" wide at the smallest point. A less common alternative hoop size is 10 3/8" in diameter. Select the 10"small to fit this hoop. —For a 12" hoop: These hoops are typically 12 1/8" in diameter. The frame is 14.5" in diameter and has an interior opening of 11.5". The frame edge is 1.5" wide at the smallest point. Message me if your hoop is closer to 12 3/8 for an alternative sized frame. Custom modifications are also available. —For a 14" hoop: There are two common sizes of "14 inch" hoops. Choose the more common 14 3/8, or the smaller 14 1/8" diameter. We use furniture grade birch plywood for our frames. They are 3/4” thick. Finish Options are pictured above and include: Natural Oil, White Stain, Walnut Stain. Each piece of wood absorbs the stains uniquely.
