It works best for A4 and B5 papers, but it can hole-punch paper of any size that fits into the A4-sized paper holder which is 11.7 inches (29.7 cm) long. The paper positioning guide, used for aligning the paper, has markings for A4, letter, B5, and B6 papers. For papers that are not A4 or B5, the first and last holes in the row of punches may be partial holes.
