These metal shoe taps are excellent tools for keeping perfect time with any marching drill. Metal taps for shoes have long been used as a part of military training and to demonstrate discipline and precision in competitions, exhibitions and parades. To add metal heel taps to honor guard shoes, simply use the included nails and gently tap them into the heel until the tap is firmly in place. Extra nails are included in case replacements are needed later on. There is no standardization for shoe size and corresponding heel size, so please measure the shoe heel carefully to get the proper fit for your shoe heel taps. The smaller dimension is the measurement across the heel.
