The Marcato Atlasmotor pasta machine has been designed to reduce effort and allow the user to work on any surface.
The included Pastadrive motor attachment stops the need to manually turn the hand crank. This frees up both hands for better control. It also allows pasta to be made more quickly and is ideal for making large batches.
With the Atlasmotor there is no need to clamp the pasta machine to the worktop and therefore can be placed on any flat surface.
The Pastadrive motor quickly and easily attaches to the pasta machine with its bayonet fixing.
The Atlasmotor rollers are 150mm in length. The pasta machine has ten different thickness settings which can be operated by turning the dial at the side of the machine.

The pasta machine comes with two cutters on the back of the machine, 6.5mm Fettuccine and 1.5mm Tagliolini. To use, reposition the motor to the cutter attachment and feed the pasta sheet into the slot.
