The STAR Batten System lets you add a new thwart or thwart location on your Outlaw raft, or any other PVC or urethane boat. This system makes it easy to attach or remove a thwart from your boat. The included heavy-duty plastic batten spline locks the thwart securely in place. Glue the piece with one loop to your thwart and the piece with two loops to the boat.

Two layers of nylon webbing secure the D-Ring to a 840 denier 42-oz. neoprene base. A strip of neoprene covers the nylon, protecting it from UV and abrasions. Colored Pennel Orca is glued on top to complete the patch. D-Rings are 2in stainless steel, with a 6in patch.
