Nikwax Tech Wash® is the ideal cleaner for your technical clothing and gear. A non-detergent soap, it revitalises breathability, and can be used regularly to clean clothing and equipment without damaging Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coatings. (Detergents are damaging to DWR treatments on fabrics, and can leave residues which impair breathability) Use Nikwax Tech Wash® in conjunction with Nikwax TX Direct® waterproofing for maximum weather protection on any waterproof clothing, rucksacks or gear.Prolongs the life of waterproof clothing and optimises outdoor performance Maintains breathability Maintains original water-repellency Easy to apply - can be used in a washing machine Suitable for use on all fabrics, including technical textiles Lifts out dirt that can attract water and mask water repellent finishes Unlike detergents, it does not leave behind water attractive residues which encourage ‘wetting-out’ Removes detergent residues left behind by previous washes WaterBased - environmentally friendly, biodegradable, non flammable, non hazardous Does not contain fluorocarbons
