MORE PIN LOOMS COMING SOON! Each weaving frame is handmade using a variety of beautiful woods. Each loom has alternating pin colors to make weaving easy. This loom is designed specifically for the Ability Weavers shop. It is used to make dishcloths with the bias weave technique. Bias weaving creates a soft and absorbent square that is perfect for wiping up spills or washing dishes. A 12 inch loom will create a square dishcloth approximately 8-9 inches. At Ability Weavers we have used these to make wonderfully soft dish cloths from sock weight cotton yarn. A locker hook is very helpful when using this loom. A locker hook has a hook at one end and a large eye at the other end. Sold separately. The Wolf Pup 8.10 expands the options of our Wolf Pup line, offering an 18 weaving width with 8 shafts (also called harnesses) and 10 treadles. Like our other Wolf looms, the Wolf Pup 8.10 has an X-frame design, providing a sturdy base while allowing the loom to be easily folded up to a depth of 19”. Folding the loom is a cinch, with or without a warp on it.
