Pony Bead Lacing is great for kid and adult artists. The lacing cord is a hollow, soft PVC plastic tube. The tubing has a 2mm (approximately .080 inches) outside diameter, inside diameter of 1mm (approximately .040 inches) and measures 5 yards long. Pony Bead Lacing is ideal for elementary classrooms, children's crafts, jewelry making and is also commonly used as a sculpting medium. A wire can be inserted so that the lacing can hold it's shape (20 gauge wire is recommended, which is about the thickness of a standard paperclip). A two inch Pony Bead Connector is included which is taped to the inside of the paper card. Cut the connector into smaller .25 inch (6mm) segments. Insert into opposing ends of the hollow lacing. Latex free. Not for children under 3 years of age.
