Replace the most abused part of the rub rail. Many Taco rub rails are designed to accept an insert to absorb impacts cover up the screw heads and add a contrasting color. These inserts are the first point of contact with docks boats pilings etc. and often show the ware. Fortunately replacement inserts are available to restore the clean look your rub rail once had.
