The MOLLE Gun Safe Door Panel Organizer is one of the most popular gun safe accessories available today. The MOLLE Gun Safe Door Panel Organizer uses the U.S. Military's MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) System to attach MOLLE compatible pouches and accessories directly to your gun safe door. The can increase the storage capacity of your safe and provide additional gun safe organization. We continue to innovate by now using precision laser cutters to laser cut MOLLE slits into your panel. This provides a much sleeker appearance and maintains the same strength as traditional webbing MOLLE. All MOLLE Gun Safe Door Panel Organizers now come made with Laser Cut MOLLE and Full Hook Velcro backing. INSTALLATION TYPES: Standard: Standard: Measure the carpet/felt fabric area of the safe door. The full hook velcro backing of our MOLLE panel adheres directly to the fabric on your safe door. Add grommet installation for the ability to screw the panel directly to your door. *Note - some gun safe manufacturers are now using a felt material that hook velcro does not adhere to. Please ensure hook velcro adheres to your safe door material. Bare Metal: Bare metal doors will require a bit of extra work. Measure the interior of your door and order the panel to fit. We recommend foam core stiffener for this application. You will need to purchase adhesive loop velcro (minimum 2 width) and adhere loop velcro strips vertically up and down your safe door. We recommend a minimum of three strips (both ends and one in center). Wrap Around: Many safes have factory safe organizers installed. The factory organizers are often wrapped around the insulating board (commonly drywall) and then screwed in place. You need to locate the plastic caps covering the screws on the insulating board and remove them. Carefully unwrap the factory organizer from the insulating board. Order your panel the same size as your insulating board. In the special notes section of the order form please note that it is a wrap around installation. We will make your panel larger to provide additional fabric to wrap around the insulating board. We recommend contact adhesive to help adhere your new panel to the insulating board. Reinstall insulating board with your new panel wrapped around it. Wrap around installations do not need Foam Core Stiffener or Grommet Installation. ATTACHMENT: The MOLLE Gun Safe Panel Organizer uses hook velcro on the back of the panel to adhere to the carpet or felt lining commonly used to cover the interior of the safe door. Grommets are also installed at each corner for optional screw placement. Made with the same Mil Spec materials and high quality standards as our tactical gear. This organizer will last a lifetime. Input the Height and Width into order form. 3. Optional Foam Core Stiffener is available for large panels and those with extra heavy loads. We use a second layer of 1000D fabric and use a 1/8 thick foam core sewn between them to provide stiffness. 4. Grommet Installation - Choose this option if you want grommets installed in your panel. Standard grommet location is in each corner and one at the center of each side. For wide panels we also install grommets at top center and bottom center. We no longer offer precision grommet location. If you require grommets in specific locations you must have it done locally.
