This extra length helps accommodate those hard-to-fit large legs without going to a custom garment. Sold individually to customize the garment. These Extender Straps also work well with the Farrow Wrap Classic Leg piece. Sigvaris CompreFlex Calf makes compression easy! This compression wrap is one of the most effortless garments to don and doff. It is also one of our best sellers and is loved by patients and therapists. The CompreFlex has an inner elastic sleeve to hold the wrap in place so that it does not slip while you adjust the Velcro straps.
