This listing is for name tag plates that are sublimation ready. They are made from a 1/8 thick white acrylic that is made for sublimation. They will come as pictured with the brown paper protecting the front and back sides. Both sides can be sublimated too and you can offer your customers two designs for the price of one! Perfect for the upcoming holiday season. You can have Halloween on one side and Christmas on the other. I pressed these at 365 degrees for 70 seconds with a medium pressure. Please note this works for my ink, paper, and heat press. This may vary for your set up, so you may have to test a few blanks before getting it just right. I also recommend using a lint free cloth with rubbing alcohol to clean/prep each side before pressing. I use a very sticky paper and found it was easier to pull cold, but left residue of paper, so I used rubbing alcohol to gently rub that off as well. Again you may not have that issue, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that could happen and how to fix it if it does. I also recommend laying something heavy on top of it as it cools once you get it off the press, this will help eliminate any curling that could happen from the high heat.  You can buy these one at a time for a cost of $2.75 for the slimmer versions or get them at a wholesale cost of $1.75 when you buy at least 15. They more you purchase the cheaper each blank will be. You'll be able to get the larger round ones for $3.75 for a single blank or $2.50 each when you buy at least 15. The cost will go down for larger quantities purchased.
