This Blush Pen DIY in Teal Blue is from Dress My Craft. This pen allows you to add embellishments to the bottom of the pen. To do this, pop the clear end off and take out the silver ring which is a spacer. Take the lower body and tap it to reveal the rubber stopper which will close the cylinder after you put in the embellishments. You will need a fine tip tweezer (sold separately) to create this pen. You will also need Crystal Clear Oil (sold separately) to fill this pen.
